Do you think that the old Pokemon Games are cool?

I kinda like the old versions of Pokemon but the grapics suck for me. Ooooooo... I have to read up on this!

Well, I just played my Pokemon Silver Version the other day.

I thought it was pretty good music, although yes, the graphics weren't that great.

However, those were probably the best graphics in a game at the time. After all, you DO have to consider what life was like when the game was made.

I still have my Silver and I play it at times.

Pokemaniac, you said a wise thing. But I still think that the oldie Pokemon games are classic. It was pretty low tech compared to like Ruby or Sapphire.

The gold/silver/crystal versions were the best, since you could go back
and fight the kanto gym leaders also. I wish the newer versions could
that too, like 32 gym leaders challenge through all four regions.

Or, even better, a 40-gym-badge challenge.

i like the old games but hated the graphics. the graphics just sucked and they still do.

yeah that was great about the olld games (gsc)plus it had day and night... but the graphics in the newer ones are way better if they could only incorperate all of those things into one game that'd be great

The games were just kinda the ancestors of Ruby and all the more recent games.

Of course I think the old Pokemon games are cool, since these games were around the time when I started playing video games. Must of been 2nd grade or 3rd grade when I recieved Blue Version.

you only started when yellow came out, you got it easy being able to use all three starters on your first game

Thats why you had to go out and catch a mankey. Mankey destroys brock's team with using karate chop and low kick

Well, mankey was just one of the ways of beating brock. To me, mankeys were the better choice.
